2011 win #3 – Bloomfield Classic

It was the second win in as many days for Housler and the Mt Borah/ Minerva Design team at the spring classic in Bloomfield. A dominating team effort with Housler and Hunter in the 3 man break up front which put minutes on the field as Dan and Wacek kept things in check. In the end, Housler powered on for the solo win with Hunter finishing in 3rd. An unfortunate flat in the last 10 miles almost took out Wacek, but he chased back on, and won the field sprint for 4th with help from an awesome lead out by Dan – who still held on for 6th!  4 riders in the top 6 spots – great job everyone!

2011 win #2: SoYoCo

Housler and Hunter invaded the first Pennsylvania BAR race under rainy conditions with Brendan taking the win by lapping the field. Oh, and it wasn’t a short criterium course… it was a 2.5 mile circuit race!

California training: new kits!

Big thanks go out to Kimberly and the rest the Mt Borah crew in Wisconsin for producing our kits on a super tight timeline and making it happen. Great fit, super quality and very comfortable – especially the Ultra Pro Pad!

Winter Training 2011

Mega miles are being ridden despite the sub freezing temps in upstate NY. Soon it will be time to pack up and head to California for a steady diet of sun, climbing, and Las Brisa’s burritos. Be sure to check back during the last week week of February for photo updates from Fallbrook, CA and the first look at our new Mt Borah team kits!
