I am eternally grateful to my wife and daughter for their support, which allows me to be able to ride with such an amazing team. I enjoy pretending that cycling is actually my career and that my real job as a physician assistant is just a hobby.  I’ve been involved in many other sports and hobbies in the past such as hockey, soccer, karate, horseback riding, autocross racing, singing and playing guitar in a cover band, and flying planes. However, since riding in the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic (Durango, CO) back in 2005 as a “citizen”, cycling has slowly stolen the show to become my main gig.
